Cody (pictured left) started the mobile aircraft detailing company in the summer of 1981. Phillip pictured right) joined him in the summer of 1983, and together they serve the DFW Metroplex. 

How We Started

We started in 1981 as Jet Stream Mobile Aircraft Detailing Company serving the north Texas area. We were forced to use janitorial and automotive products because aircraft approved products did not exist.

Mobile aircraft detailing companies did not exist either. Through trial and error and knowing exactly what we needed to do our job each day, we were blessed to find our chemical lab and best chemist in the industry. Since the eighties, we have been perfecting our formulations with our lab and are always looking to the future of aircraft surfaces and

how to best protect them with the most advanced chemical technology.

What We Invented

All our Jet Stream Products are in Systems. We created all our products while physically cleaning and detailing airplanes and figuring out what was needed to get the job done. Then we hired the best chemist and lab. Then we put each product into a system to make it easy for customers to find and order.

What We Do

Each day our number one goal is to take care of our customers and put them first. As orders come to us either by our website, the phone, or email, we make sure to communicate with each person and let them know when their order will ship and any recommendations, we have depending on the type of aircraft they are working on or own.

Cessna Textron

We were the first company in aviation history to complete an officially licensed line of aircraft cleaning and detailing products that were tested and approved by an aircraft manufacturer, Textron.

With a worldwide base of customers over ten thousand, we stay busy serving our customers each day. We currently have 51 distributors worldwide and, in many countries, including America, Africa, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and Canada to name a few. We are the main supplier to NASCAR with our Plexi-Clear aerosol product. Our Pbs De-Ice Boot System products which include Pbs Boot Sealant and Pbs Prep are currently being used exclusively by Air New Zealand and Empire Airlines along with thousands of private aircraft owners, corporate flight departments, maintenance shops, and factory’s.

Jet Stream University

For five years we taught a three-day course at our offices in Dallas on how to run a detailing company from the business side and performed procedures on our customers’ airplanes with demos and hands on work showing potential business owners how to operate their own detailing company.
